Common questions
Do we need to install anything at the shop?
No. It runs in a browser on the computer or tablet at the counter. Our team sets up your shop after you sign up.
Where does our shop's data live?
Each shop has its own database and file storage, separate from every other shop and from this website.
Do I have to register before the demo?
No. Demo data stays in your browser. Progress is saved only if you choose to open a trial account.
Does it handle KYC/AML?
It helps your team follow the sequence you define and keeps customer documents with the ticket. It is not a certification of legal compliance; check your obligations with a qualified adviser.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Start with one shop and move up when you open more branches.
