The operating system for currency exchange shops
See rates, cash, and every branch from one working screen
Ex Money OS helps 1–5 branch exchange shops run multi-currency tickets, end-of-day close, permissions, and reports without stitching together spreadsheets.
This live model never sends a real transaction.
Every figure is simulated. This is not today's rate, and nothing is sent to a real system.
One day at the counter
The work your shop already does every day, connected, with evidence at every step
Set today's rates
Bank rates arrive on their own; the owner sets each branch's spread. The board follows, and the system remembers who set it and when.
Rate boardOne ticket, several currencies
A customer sells USD and EUR on one ticket. Staff see the payout before confirming, and the receipt prints at once.
Try a ticketCash by currency
Count each currency at every branch, get a morning warning when one runs below its threshold, and keep handover sheets signed and photographed.
Cash managementClose the day
Count what is there against what the system expects. A variance needs a reason and stays on record. Shops that close after midnight set their own day cutoff.
Close with evidenceReport to the owner
Buy and sell totals, estimated margin and cash at every branch, readable from a phone before you get home.

One shop in a tourist town
Customers in each province carry different currencies; a Phuket board should not look like Hat Yai's. See how the system is preset for shops in your province.

Common questions
Do we need to install anything at the shop?
No. It runs in a browser on the computer or tablet at the counter. Our team sets up your shop after you sign up.
Where does our shop's data live?
Each shop has its own database and file storage, separate from every other shop and from this website.
Do I have to register before the demo?
No. Demo data stays in your browser. Progress is saved only if you choose to open a trial account.
Does it handle KYC/AML?
It helps your team follow the sequence you define and keeps customer documents with the ticket. It is not a certification of legal compliance; check your obligations with a qualified adviser.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Start with one shop and move up when you open more branches.
